What we collect

• Account data - your email address (for sign-in links)
• Work data - the answers, prompts, code, and documents you submit for grading
• Session data - timing and edit counts during assessments, used as process evidence
• Employer data - names, emails, and screening activity

What we never put in a credential

Credentials and verification pages contain no email and no personal data. Only the assessment results, criteria, and proof material. You share a credential by sharing its link.

How we use data

To operate assessments, issue credentials, prevent fraud, deliver employer reports, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

Assessment content is processed by large language model providers to generate questions and grade work. We send the minimum necessary for grading. Creator content is never used to train models.

Blockchain anchoring

Proof fingerprints (hashes) may be recorded on public blockchains. Fingerprints cannot be reversed into your content or identity.

Cookies

We use one session cookie for sign-in and one preference for theme. No tracking cookies.

Third parties

Email delivery (Resend), AI processing (the configured LLM provider), and hosting (Railway). Each processes data only as needed to run the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and work data while your account is active. To delete your data, email hello@ekoai.space and we will remove it, except anchored fingerprints, which cannot be reversed or removed and contain no personal data.
